Spring Garden Construction is the General Construction/Carpentry Contractor for owner Brickstone Realty who is installing stadiumlike, wraparound LED signs rising 14 feet above the roofline of both corners atop the Lit Bros. building between Seventh and Eighth Streets.

Building Magee Rehabilitation Hospital’s Adolescent Room

Spring Garden Construction has been hired to build Magee Rehabilitation Hospital’s Adolescent Room ($100k) at 1513 Race Street in Philadelphia, PA. Magee Rehabilitation Hospital improves the quality of life of persons with disabilities by providing high quality physical and cognitive rehabilitation services and we are thrilled to be a part of their service.

Spring Garden Construction Hired By Tenet Healthcare for 2 Projects

Tenet Healthcare Corporation is an investor-owned healthcare services company whose hospitals and affiliated physicians provide health services in communities across the country.

Tenet Healthcare’s Hahnemann Hospital has hired Spring Garden Construction for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades throughout the complete hospital campus for $2.8 million.

Spring Garden Construction will also manage Hahnemann Hospital’s Linear Accelerator Expansion for $1.6 million.

Awarded Additional Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Projects

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital hired Spring Garden Construction for 3 projects – GI Scope Room upgrades ($200k), Hospital Infusion Center ($500k) and Smoke Management ($1.3 million). We look forward to continuing our relationship with TJU!

GlaxoSmithKline Hires Spring Garden Construction

Spring Garden Construction was recently hired by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a global healthcare company that is committed to helping people to do more, feel better and live longer, to install a Mass Spectrometer at GSK Upper Merion in Pennsylvania. This is Spring Garden Construction’s first project with GSK.

Awarded Thomas Jefferson University Project

Spring Garden Construction was awarded a $2M Emergency Generator replacement at Thomas Jefferson University. The project will be complete by April 30, 2014.
